Roof Maxx Is Hiring a Part-Time In-Store Representative in the Akron-Canton Area

Roof Maxx of Cleveland is growing, and we’re looking for a friendly, dependable person to join our team as a Part-Time In-Store Representative in the Akron-Canton area.

This is a customer-facing position inside a major big-box retail store. You’ll serve as a friendly representative of Roof Maxx, talking with homeowners, helping them learn about our roof treatment, and creating a positive experience for people interested in learning more.

No selling is required, and previous sales experience is not necessary.

A Flexible Part-Time Opportunity

This position is a good fit for someone looking for consistent weekday hours, additional income, and a professional environment without the pressure of a traditional sales position.

Regular hours are:

Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM-3:30 PM

Additional hours may also be available upon request.

Compensation starts at $22 per hour plus bonuses.

Retirees are encouraged to apply.

The right person for this position will be comfortable interacting with homeowners and representing Roof Maxx in a friendly and professional manner.

    Roof Maxx The BBB warned to be careful if offered a free roof inspection. Roofing scams are becoming more common especially after storms. After purchasing a home, I called Roof Maxx for a free inspection. When a company offers a free inspection, does the work honestly, and tells you that you do not need a new roof or repair, that rare and amazing honesty deserves a glowing review. And Roof Maxx is an honest company. Drew came out to inspect the roof and said it was in great shape. He said it did need a cleaning and he recommended Wet & Forget, a product I already knew about that is as amazing as Roof Maxx is. I have used it in the past and I know it will remove the mold and algae from the roof. I am totally endorsing Roof Maxx and Wet & Forget!! I also spoke to Zacariah at this company. Sadly, I never met him in person but he has a great phone presence and was very helpful when I had a few questions. It is so hard to find an honest business today. They could have easily lied to me to make a quick buck but they chose to be completely honest instead. I trust them completely. When I actually do need work done in the future, they will be the only people I call. Highly recommended!

    I honestly can’t say enough good things about Roof Maxx of Cleveland. From beginning to end, they were some of the nicest, most professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy people I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. It all started with Brandon, my sales professional. He was incredibly polite, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable about roofing. Rather than simply giving me a sales pitch, Brandon actually climbed onto my roof and spent 30–45 minutes thoroughly inspecting it, taking pictures and analyzing its condition. He then had a drone fly over the roof to capture virtually every square inch, including areas and flaws that would be difficult to see from the ground. After the inspection, Brandon went back to his vehicle, put together a detailed estimate, and took the time to explain everything to me in a way I could actually understand. I was honestly stunned by the price—it was about 42% less than the cost of a new roof! Even better, the Roof Maxx treatment came with a 15-year warranty, and it also helped lower my homeowners insurance premium. That made the decision to move forward an easy one. Once I gave them the green light, Carl and his crew came out and were simply amazing. The process was incredibly thorough. They repaired the bad shingles, fixed the flashing, painted the vent pipes to match my roof, and power washed everything. About a week later, they returned to clean everything again and apply the Roof Maxx treatment. The results were fantastic, and the attention to detail throughout the entire process really impressed me. I also want to give a huge shout-out to Jeremiah Cerny, who stayed in communication with me throughout the process. He kept me informed, helped me work through a few issues that came up, and made sure everything was handled properly. The owner was also involved and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. What impressed me most wasn't just the quality of the work—it was the people. Brandon, Jeremiah, Carl and his crew, and the owner all treated me with respect, communicated clearly, and genuinely seemed to care about doing the job right. Roof Maxx of Cleveland exceeded my expectations from start to finish. If you're considering replacing your roof, I would strongly recommend talking to them first. Their professionalism, workmanship, communication, and value were outstanding. I would recommend Roof Maxx of Cleveland all day long! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    I would like to THANK Andrew for his visit to my home today, 3-16-2026. It was a pleasure to talk to him before he put up a ladder and walk our roof !     Drew came to my house to check if my roof received any damage over the Winter from ice dams building up with the thawing and freezing processes after ROOFMAX treated my roof last Summer.     The product being purchased is a "flexible" asphalt shingle on my roof versus a "brittle" (current state of 10-year-old roof) asphalt shingle.  Since my roof was sprayed by Roof Maxx only yesterday, there is no way to assess the product itself at this point.  In fact, the customer cannot possibly assess how the product performs for a good four or five years.  Can let you know how well the product works then.  Make no mistake about it, Roof Maxx is cheaper than a new roof, but it is still quite expensive.  Finally, what I can assess is customer experience.  Installers, Evan, Carl and Doug were excellent to deal with.  They completed the tasks of roof cleaning, roof mitigation, and roof spraying in 3-4 hours total.  They were professional, polite, thorough, and a pleasure to deal with.  I rated my experience a four-star experience, and hopefully, will want to raise the grade to 5-star-experience in four or five years.  I am cautiously optimistic that the special product formulation will in fact perform as promised.
