After 18 years and seeing the damage to my roof Drew from Roof Maxx came out to give an estimate! I could not get in touch with the people who originally installed our roof so instead of spending $15,000 or more for a new roof we chose Roof Maxx! From the inspection to the cleaning and the final step of the treatment all employees were respectful of our property and our neighbors! I would highly recommend this company if you’re looking to save some money! There was no after smell after the treatment and the roof looks like it was just installed! The one guy even painted my chimney cover black! It was turning colors so I appreciated the extra mile he went to make our roof look good! Thanks Roof Maxx!

Their workers were experienced in the trade & worked hard to get the job done before rainy weather set in that day. Posted on GoogleSteve C670 days agoGreat experience so far. After getting an estimate from Brandon, we met one of the owners, Ted, and then applicators Gage and Emery. Everyone has been courteous and professional. Our home had a dirty, stained roof so we needed the roof mitigation. We were not home for this portion of the service but when we got back our roof was exceptionally clean! The applicators then performed a roof tune-up making sure vents, chimney caps, and the like we're all painted, caulked, and repaired as needed. The product was sprayed on leaving little to no mess. As for the performance of the product I will have to update this post as it's too early to tell. I would however encourage you to get a free evaluation and estimate from RoofMax of Cleveland!

After purchasing a home, I called Roof Maxx for a free inspection. When a company offers a free inspection, does the work honestly, and tells you that you do not need a new roof or repair, that rare and amazing honesty deserves a glowing review. And Roof Maxx is an honest company. Drew came out to inspect the roof and said it was in great shape. He said it did need a cleaning and he recommended Wet & Forget, a product I already knew about that is as amazing as Roof Maxx is. I have used it in the past and I know it will remove the mold and algae from the roof. I am totally endorsing Roof Maxx and Wet & Forget!! I also spoke to Zacariah at this company. Sadly, I never met him in person but he has a great phone presence and was very helpful when I had a few questions. It is so hard to find an honest business today. They could have easily lied to me to make a quick buck but they chose to be completely honest instead. I trust them completely. When I actually do need work done in the future, they will be the only people I call. Highly recommended!

From beginning to end, they were some of the nicest, most professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy people I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. It all started with Brandon, my sales professional. He was incredibly polite, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable about roofing. Rather than simply giving me a sales pitch, Brandon actually climbed onto my roof and spent 30–45 minutes thoroughly inspecting it, taking pictures and analyzing its condition. He then had a drone fly over the roof to capture virtually every square inch, including areas and flaws that would be difficult to see from the ground. After the inspection, Brandon went back to his vehicle, put together a detailed estimate, and took the time to explain everything to me in a way I could actually understand. I was honestly stunned by the price—it was about 42% less than the cost of a new roof! Even better, the Roof Maxx treatment came with a 15-year warranty, and it also helped lower my homeowners insurance premium. That made the decision to move forward an easy one. Once I gave them the green light, Carl and his crew came out and were simply amazing. The process was incredibly thorough. They repaired the bad shingles, fixed the flashing, painted the vent pipes to match my roof, and power washed everything. About a week later, they returned to clean everything again and apply the Roof Maxx treatment. The results were fantastic, and the attention to detail throughout the entire process really impressed me. I also want to give a huge shout-out to Jeremiah Cerny, who stayed in communication with me throughout the process. He kept me informed, helped me work through a few issues that came up, and made sure everything was handled properly. The owner was also involved and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. What impressed me most wasn't just the quality of the work—it was the people. The product being purchased is a "flexible" asphalt shingle on my roof versus a "brittle" (current state of 10-year-old roof) asphalt shingle. Since my roof was sprayed by Roof Maxx only yesterday, there is no way to assess the product itself at this point. In fact, the customer cannot possibly assess how the product performs for a good four or five years. Can let you know how well the product works then. Make no mistake about it, Roof Maxx is cheaper than a new roof, but it is still quite expensive. Finally, what I can assess is customer experience. Installers, Evan, Carl and Doug were excellent to deal with. They completed the tasks of roof cleaning, roof mitigation, and roof spraying in 3-4 hours total. They were professional, polite, thorough, and a pleasure to deal with. I rated my experience a four-star experience, and hopefully, will want to raise the grade to 5-star-experience in four or five years. I am cautiously optimistic that the special product formulation will in fact perform as promised.

We were impressed by the immediate response and friendliness of Jeremiah. After scheduling, we realized there might be a time conflict. I called back to express my concern and rather than an afternoon appointment, Drew arrived in the morning. He was one of the nicest service people we have ever met. We appreciate his honesty in saying he wanted to be truthful and our roof was in good condition. All work was completed in a timely manner and all on the Roof Maxx team were knowledgeable and pleasant! So thankful that we called them in for a quote. The roof and gutters look great!

However, I guarantee that I will be one soon. 3 weeks ago, Drew came to our house for an inspection. After he inspected the roof we had a discussion. He stated that we do NOT need their service at this time. He said that our roof was still in very good shape and we would not need the treatment for 3-5 more years. I was shocked that he did NOT try to sell us a service that we did not need. They are a Class Company and I highly recommend them to everyone.

Plus a 2nd story toilet had leaked and created a major problem in our floor main dinette. Our insurance inspected our roof and identified the cause of our problems. Now it was time to fix the roof problems. We had several roofers look at the needed repairs and they suggested a new roof. We called Roof Maxx and their "salesmen" identified the same issues as our insurance inspector had, and suggested those items would be replaced and numerous shingles were lose. We felt Roof Maxx offered the best solution for our roof. They we very accommodating when scheduling our work. On the first day the roof was cleaned. A few days later three very polite mean showed up to repair all the "broken" areas of our roof and kept us informed as to what their next action would be. After all the repairs were made, their plant based solution was sprayed on the roof. Our roof now looks so much better and we are confident that we will be happy in the years to come. Our ceilings have been repaired (not by Roof Maxx) and the home looks so much better. We would highly recommend the treatment.

Ted and his team responded to the challenge even with the discovery that there were problems with the decking. Ted's team was able to get all the decking replaced and still get the majority of a new roof on our home in one day. I found that the entire team was very courteous and willing to get the job done right. Ted was fair, and prompt with responses and I would highly recommend his services. There were some complications with the treatment and some extra leaks and Dennis came out two or three times to resolve the problem and make it right. Aaron kept good communication I made sure the timing worked and was proactive to make sure I was satisfied. Promised 1 day work on our home, 24 year roof, and it looks like the day we moved in. Minor repairs were completed and the clean up was complete. I knew, day one, that this company was special. I learned of Roof Maxx from an Instagram advertisement based on the devastating news that my homeowner's insurance would not renew without roof attention. I called Roof Maxx and was able to get an appointment the following week. Coincidentally, the owner was the person who came to meet me and provided my esimate. Ordinarily, the owner of Roof Maxx would not be the person to come for an estimate but it just worked in my favor because he was in the area that day. Because I'd never made such a large purchase on my own without my father or significant other, as you can imagine, as a young and single female, I was nervous. I feared being taken advantage of and being a victim in yet another bad contractor storyline. Andrew was careful to explain all of the steps as well as educate me on my options. I was not familiar with roof restoration but once he explained the the process and that Roof Maxx would assist with providing what was needed to my homeowners insurance company, I was sold. Roof restoration drastically reduced the cost but did not the quality of service. As promised, Roof Maxx and the entire Roof Maxx team delivers quality service, customer service and support. Thank you Andrew, Andrew Jr, Mike, Mary, Dennis and the entire Roof Maxx company! If I EVER need any additional roof work, Roof Maxx will be the first call for me, my friends or my family.

Their customer service goes above the call of duty. The roof technicians were very polite, courteous, and used no foul language while working on our home. That is something to mention. They have worked on many roofs in my neighborhood. Too many to count. I see their trucks constantly in my community. As a matter of fact, the boys, I call them are welcome anytime they’re in the neighborhood to stop by for lunch. And a few of them have already taken me up on my offer.
