Ohio's weather varies greatly throughout the year, which causes shingles to expand and contract. Our plant-based treatment rejuvenates the oils in your shingles, restoring flexibility to handle temperature changes more effectively and reducing the chance of cracking or curling over time.

Restorations can add up to 15 years of life to your shingles with repeated treatments once every 5 years. Regular maintenance may help keep your roof performing at its best for even longer.

We know how important the roof over your head is – it protects one of your biggest investments. It’s also why shingle manufacturers cover their products. That’s why Roof Maxx offers our own warranty. Your Roof Maxx treatment does not affect your shingle warranty and is still valid even if your manufacturer’s warranty is (or becomes) void due to time or transfer restrictions. This is not a warranty against leaks from faulty installation or other damage sustained by the roof (hail, high winds).

We’ve treated over 100,000,000 square feet of roofs with no indication that applying Roof Maxx to asphalt shingles will void or limit any sort of warranty – nor have we ever heard of a manufacturer’s warranty claim being denied because Roof Maxx was applied.

Roof Maxx has carefully analyzed and received numerous legal opinions from leading construction and contract attorneys regarding the scope of the warranties of all major shingle manufacturers and the largest shingle manufacturer has formally stated that coatings/penetrants applied to their shingles do not void their warranty.

Longer Answer: Absolutely! Roof Maxx is safe for people, pets, property, and the surrounding environment. It’s been recognized as a USDA BioPreferred product, underlining its eco-friendly credentials. Roof Maxx is a scientifically formulated, natural, safe, plant-based roof rejuvenating spray treatment that was developed by the world’s largest private research and development company.

Roof Maxx revitalizes aging shingles by restoring their flexibility capabilities by using millions of microbeads, much like a skin moisturizer. Roof Maxx is absorbed by shingles but can be easily rinsed off other surfaces. Roof Maxx is entirely absorbed within 30 minutes. Additionally, Roof Maxx is non-flammable, thus it does not increase the risk of fire or flame spread.

Every roof is different, but a Roof Maxx treatment usually takes between 30 minutes to a few hours, depending on the size and condition of your roof. If your roof requires preparatory work, such as debris removal, sealing of exposed nails, or securing loose flashing, the treatment could take a few hours. Your technician will identify any existing issues that might impact this timeline and recommend solutions before starting.

Short Answer: We do not suggest treating with Roof Maxx until the top granule coating begins shedding off. Once this begins to happen, it’s a sign the roof is undergoing stress during contraction and expansion.

Longer Answer: While Roof Maxx is an exceptional solution for extending roof life, we don’t recommend using it on newer roofs. Typically, you should consider Roof Maxx treatment when you notice the top granule coating starting to shed, indicating your roof is experiencing stress from contraction and expansion.

For residents in warmer southern climates, a roof less than 5 – 7 years old likely still retains much of its original oil, and in northern climates, this applies to roofs less than 7 – 10 years old. Therefore, these roofs might not need a Roof Maxx treatment yet.

However, if your roof is nearing these age ranges or you can see the wear and tear sooner, we suggest having it assessed for granule loss and other potential issues and ultimately determine whether Roof Maxx could start prolonging your roof’s life right now – adding up to 5 years with a single treatment!

Roofing scams are becoming more common especially after storms. After purchasing a home, I called Roof Maxx for a free inspection. When a company offers a free inspection, does the work honestly, and tells you that you do not need a new roof or repair, that rare and amazing honesty deserves a glowing review. And Roof Maxx is an honest company. Drew came out to inspect the roof and said it was in great shape. He said it did need a cleaning and he recommended Wet & Forget, a product I already knew about that is as amazing as Roof Maxx is. I have used it in the past and I know it will remove the mold and algae from the roof. I am totally endorsing Roof Maxx and Wet & Forget!! I also spoke to Zacariah at this company. Sadly, I never met him in person but he has a great phone presence and was very helpful when I had a few questions. It is so hard to find an honest business today. They could have easily lied to me to make a quick buck but they chose to be completely honest instead. I trust them completely. When I actually do need work done in the future, they will be the only people I call. Highly recommended!

From beginning to end, they were some of the nicest, most professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy people I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. It all started with Brandon, my sales professional. He was incredibly polite, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable about roofing. Rather than simply giving me a sales pitch, Brandon actually climbed onto my roof and spent 30–45 minutes thoroughly inspecting it, taking pictures and analyzing its condition. He then had a drone fly over the roof to capture virtually every square inch, including areas and flaws that would be difficult to see from the ground. After the inspection, Brandon went back to his vehicle, put together a detailed estimate, and took the time to explain everything to me in a way I could actually understand. I was honestly stunned by the price—it was about 42% less than the cost of a new roof! Even better, the Roof Maxx treatment came with a 15-year warranty, and it also helped lower my homeowners insurance premium. That made the decision to move forward an easy one. Once I gave them the green light, Carl and his crew came out and were simply amazing. The process was incredibly thorough. They repaired the bad shingles, fixed the flashing, painted the vent pipes to match my roof, and power washed everything. About a week later, they returned to clean everything again and apply the Roof Maxx treatment. The results were fantastic, and the attention to detail throughout the entire process really impressed me. I also want to give a huge shout-out to Jeremiah Cerny, who stayed in communication with me throughout the process. He kept me informed, helped me work through a few issues that came up, and made sure everything was handled properly. The owner was also involved and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. What impressed me most wasn't just the quality of the work—it was the people. Brandon, Jeremiah, Carl and his crew, and the owner all treated me with respect, communicated clearly, and genuinely seemed to care about doing the job right.
